Refugees, immigrants and low-income residents in Los Angeles County can receive free or subsidized travel on public transport: how to apply

IILA specialists help low-income residents in Los Angeles County obtain free public transportation through the METRO LIFE program.

The Metro LIFE Program offers discounts on transit passes or free rides on LA Metro and several other transit agencies.

On the IILA website, you can check whether your income meets the requirements of the program. If you find that you can participate in the program, you need to fill out the application form and send it to lifeinfo@iilosangeles.org
