Hasmik Ktoian joined IILA in 2008 as a supervisor of Refugee Employment Program. The last 10 years she has been supervising Refugee Resettlement Program. 

Hasmik started her employment career in the United States from Catholic Charities of LA. She was hired as a case manager for Refugee Employment Program, then was promoted to a supervisor position.

Being an immigrant herself, she has been supporting and assisting immigrants in different programs.

Hasmik received her education in Yerevan, Armenia. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in teaching ESL from Armenia and a degree in Child Development from LA.
