Susan Eckert joined IILA in 2008 as the Director of Administration. She was responsible for handling employee relations, recruitment, safety, training & development, payroll and benefits for the agency.

Cambria Tortorelli has had a career in nonprofits spanning more than 27 years, including 15 years in nonprofit leadership.  Before joining IILA in May 2021, she previously worked as the Parish Life Director at Holy Family Church in South Pasadena for 13 years, where she was the first lay person to lead the parish.
